Gypsum Plaster

ADHERE BONDS - Fine Gypsum Plaster one of the world's best in India that replaces cement, sand, curing process and putty works completely when it comes to interior plastering. It can be applied readily and gives an absolutely mirror finish.

  • - ADHERE BONDS Gypsum is a ready plaster, only water has to be mixed.
  • - It is a single Application plaster with smooth finish and after drying for about 3-4 days, the surface can be directly painted.
  • - Excellent bonding and compatible with all types of paints.
  • - No cracks will occur after application of Adhere Bonds Gypsum and it is excellent for repair works.
  • - Low density - light weight & total Strength on drying decreases the building weight as it can be applied in 3mm to 30mm thickness.

Adhere Bonds Gypsum is packed in 25 Kg HDPE double glazed bags Adhere Bond IT supplied as 10 & 20 kg.

  • - Once ADHERE BONDS GYPSUM is mixed with water, it has a fevering time of about 10 min where in the temperature of the mixture rises due to chemical reaction and the paste slowly starts setting, it is just by then the applicator can start applying gypsum paste using a trowel. It is applied between the two vertical lines that are about 4 feet away.
  • - The straight edge can be used to level the plaster keeping the two vertical lines as reference points.
  • - Finally a thin paste is made using ADHERE BONDS GYPSUM and water in the ratio of 1: 2 and this thin paste is used with a trowel to get the extra smooth putty finish.
  • - One can do anywhere from 3 mm 30 mm of Punning at one shot. In case of higher thickness we have to go for multiple coats of 30 mm with a gap of 24-48 hours between each coat depending on the dryness of the plaster.
  • - Leave the wall as it is for about a week as it dry's by itself and doesn't need curing. The wall is ready for painting.

ADHERE BONDS Gypsum: It can be applied directly over any brick work, concrete surface, siporex blocks and AAC.
